Will this mess up my normal phones?

What phone systems does this work with?
Anything that supports forwarding on no-answer: RingCentral, Vonage, OpenPhone, Grasshopper, Google Voice, traditional PBX, even cell phones. If you can forward a missed call, we can catch it.
Is this HIPAA-compliant?
